We have recently remodeled the large office suite in Building A. You can see the office suite in the pictures below. It's a great office location for a variety of businesses. There is a front office, one large office and 5 other smaller offices or rooms, 7 in all. And in addition, there are both male and female restrooms and a back room with a counter and sink area. The office space is approximately 2000 sq. ft.

It's just been redecorated, including new carpeting and window blinds. The office area opens to the front of the building which faces South Sam Houston Avenue. There is easy access and parking right in front and also in the back. The exterior is well lit at night and is freshly painted also.

There is also one of our large storage units, complete with large overhead door, in the back of the same building and connected to the office space. If you don't need the storage for your office or business, you can always park your cars inside if you want and enter the office through the connecting door. It's approximately 1000 sq. ft., so when you include the office space it's approximately 3000 sq. ft. in all, now leasing for only $1200 a month.
